To me, I don't think everyone has a perfect figure for the rest of the life. Some is depends on her bra. The way the bra design, I mean the outlook is not compatible to all. Some suit some even lousy to wear the same design. Selecting a bra also a talent. I am not sure why people tend to wear a sharp end bra. Just a round shape at the front will do. Like this model, she can wears a push up bra to support or the slimming suit at inside during sleeping time.
